Parents, it’s that time of year again. Time for back to school paperwork. But starting this year, you can skip the paper and save some time. We are happy to announce that parents can fill out all of the normal back to school forms, online starting today. All you need is an internet connected device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, ect)
To start the process, go to the following site. https://cas.ovsd.us (or click on the link) you will see a page with a login screen.
If your child is already enrolled in any Adams County Ohio Valley School building, you will need to login using the following information.
Username: Your child’s lunch number
Password: Your child’s date of birth formatted like (05/01/2001)
You will need to repeat this process for each student that you have.
Please DO NOT Click on the Registration Gateway ICON, as this is for new students to the district only, and the form is much longer.
If you do not know your child’s lunch number please ask your child, there is a good chance he/she will remember it. If not, contact your school’s office during normal office hours for assistance.
Students who are moving to a new attendance area inside of ACOVSD or new Kindergarten students who have already registered, can also use the Back to School online forms to update their information.
If you are enrolling a child from a school outside of the Adams County Ohio Valley School District or have a Kindergarten age student who has not previously registered, you may click on the “Registration Gateway” Button to start the process of registering your student. You will need to stop by the school to complete registration with the appropriate documents, after completing the online portion.
