Announcement - Adams County Ohio Valley Schools Partners with FinalForms
We are very excited to announce that ACOVSD has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that will be replacing paper forms. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school and athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year
and after any update.
We are asking that ALL parents of students use FinalForms and complete their portion ASAP for the 2021-22 school
year.
IMPORTANT: For parents of current students, you should have received an account confirmation email from FinalForms if we had a parent email on file. Please click the link and follow the steps to login and access your student(s). The email was sent July 27th.

If you are still unable to access your account, please fill out the the following forms and district personnel will confirm your account information and send login information. FinalForms login issues reporting.

Note: If your student is NEW to the district (kindergarteners and transfers), please be sure to click the “New to District” checkbox when registering your student. If you have other students already enrolled, you can add a new student once you have logged in.
