2026-2027 Preschool Application, for new applicants

Steps to be completed:

1. If you are a returning preschool student, do not complete the steps below. Please check your email for a link from Brightwheel.

2. For new applications, click on Brightwheel link found on the Preschool Page.

3. Set up Brightwheel username and password

4. Complete Brightwheel application, there are twelve (12) forms total

5. To apply for the Ohio Preschool Program tuition grant, you must complete the three forms. These forms are found on the Brightwheel link.

   1. 2026-2027 Preschool Tuition Grant Application

   2. b. 2026-2027 Proof of Income form and upload

   3. c. 2026-2027 Early Care and Education Services Selection form

   4. d. Exempt families are foster, kinship, homeless, student with an IEP status and early intervention exiters

6. If you do not complete step 5 and/or do not qualify for the Ohio Preschool Program tuition grant then you will be considered a tuition pay family

7. Read the 2025-2026 Preschool Program Timeline for important upcoming dates

Returning Students

If you are a parent of a returning preschool student you received a link from Brightwheel to the family email on file on March 30, 2026.  If you did not receive an email from Brightwheel then please do the following:  Check your Brightwheel account to check your email address. If you continue to have difficulty please contact Stacey Camp.
