Preschool / Kindergarten Registration Final Forms
To speed up the registration process it is recommended that parents complete the Final Forms registration Process if they have not done so already.
If have a student already enrolled in an Adams County School, Grades PK-12, click on Login. If this is your first time using Final Forms, click on New Account. Both links will guide you through logging in as a parent. Once you are logged in you will have the option to enroll a student for the 2024-2025 school year. You Must click on the Blue button at the top. Then click on “Ok Lets Get Started!”
You should see a yellow banner at the top with options to add a new student or to complete forms if you have a currently eligible student.
If you see your PK student listed, you can click on the Blue Incomplete Forms button next to their Name. If you don’t see your student listed, click on Add Student button on the top right.
From there complete all the pages presented. Once all sections are green, you are then ready to proceed with the onsite registration on March 6th or 14th.
