UPDATE: All students seen at ACRMC for medical treatment have been dismissed by the attending physician. All students have been released to their parents.

This morning, an Adams County Ohio Valley School District (ACOVSD) bus was involved in a transportation-related incident. Emergency personnel responded promptly and provided immediate assistance to everyone on board. The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priority. At the time of the incident, students were on board along with the bus driver. A small number of students sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. We are grateful to report that no life-threatening injuries have been identified. Parents and guardians of all students involved have been contacted directly. Students who did not require medical attention have either been safely reunited with their families or transported to school. The district is working closely with law enforcement and emergency services as they investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
