Good evening. This is a reminder that tomorrow Friday, May 19th is the last day of school for students. Please make sure you have turned in your permission paperwork for field day if you haven't already. Bring a towel for the slip and slide and don't forget we will be releasing 1hr early. We are excited to invite your student to our summer programming this year, Discovery Camp. Students must have been enrolled in Kindergarten through sixth grade during the 2022-2023 school year. Discovery Camp will be held for six full days this year on June 6th-8th and June 13th-15th from 9:00-3:00 at West Union Elementary School with students able to attend one camp or both. Discovery Camp is no cost. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided daily and there is no cost for meals. In subsequent years, the location of the camp will rotate to other elementary buildings in the district. We hope to be able to offer shuttle bussing to West Union Elementary for North Adams and Peebles. 3rd grade students enjoyed a fun-filled day of learning at Family Traditions Animal Adventure!
Tomorrow evening in the big gym from 5-7 will be 5th grade Class vs Class basketball games. 6th grade Class vs Class games will be held Wednesday May 17th from 5-7. Students and parents are encouraged to come and participate or watch! Admission is $1 for any PES student who is not participating and $3 for any other spectators.

Peebles Flower Shop set up a mobile Mother's Day Shop in our small gym. Students enjoyed picking items to give to the special mothers in their lives. The McCann's are huge supporters of Peebles Elementary students. We appreciate all they do for our community.

We invite the public to attend the question/answer session to get to know the backgrounds and ideas that the candidates might have for our school district.
