The front of the cafeteria has been decorated for the upcoming holiday programs. You will have a festive background for a family photo! This little guy just happened to be walking by once it was completed.

Mr. Smith had some help with his class tree today. These cheerful elves were not only helpful but rocked some awesome hats to make the spirit come alive.

We all know that waiting until the last minute during the holiday season is a surefire recipe for stress—because nothing says “happy holidays” like a panicked trip to the store for a reindeer sweater. So, in the spirit of saving everyone’s sanity (and a few gray hairs), we’re giving you the heads-up now! This year, we’re keeping spirit week short, sweet, and stress-free. 4 easy-peasy dress up days (unlike making Christmas cookies with a 2 year old)🎄

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) visited our school today, bringing along a very special guest—Smokey the Bear! ODNR Director Mary Mertz and Smokey taught our students about protecting forests and preventing wildfires. A huge thank you to ODNR, Smokey, State Representative Justin Pizzulli, Sheriff Kenny Dick, Paul Worley with the Commissioner’s Office, Mrs. Wallace, our board members, and district office staff for joining us. ODNR also presented the Ohio Valley School District with a check from its Trees to Textbooks Program as part of the visit. We had so much fun and truly appreciate all the support for our school!
