We are excited to invite your student to our summer programming this year, Discovery Camp. Students must have been enrolled in Kindergarten through sixth grade during the 2022-2023 school year. Discovery Camp will be held for six full days this year on June 6th-8th and June 13th-15th from 9:00-3:00 at West Union Elementary School with students able to attend one camp or both. Discovery Camp is no cost. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided daily and there is no cost for meals. In subsequent years, the location of the camp will rotate to other elementary buildings in the district. We hope to be able to offer shuttle bussing to West Union Elementary for North Adams and Peebles. 3..2..1..Blast off to the end of the 4th 9 weeks! The following 3rd Graders met their Accelerated Reader goal for the 3rd 9 weeks! Not only did they meet or exceed their AR point goal, but showed full comprehension of the books they read with a score 85% or higher!!!
The students who met their AR goal include:
Lexi Cantrell, Brenlynn Chamblin, Anna Huxman, Kiara Grooms, Kylan Miller, Foster Taylor, Wyatt Caldwell, Wyatt Wagner, Kyrsten Gibson, and Alexander Simonson.
