Miss Kara's class is getting ready for Halloween!🎃

🌍 Exploring Our World! 🌎
Our students are learning how to use globes to discover continents, oceans, and countries! Hands-on geography lessons help students understand where they live in relation to the rest of the world — and spark curiosity about new places to explore! 🗺️✨

🎖 Calling All Veterans! 🇺🇸
We’re getting ready to celebrate our heroes!
Please turn in a military service photo, your branch, and years of service to the office by November 1st so we can honor you proudly during our Veterans Day celebration. ❤️💙

Mr. Bailey has entered the room! We love seeing our Indians step into the role of teacher and showing us what they know!

A little game of tag is always good for the soul. ⭐️

🎉 Congratulations to our September Indian C.H.I.E.F.! 🎉
At Peebles Elementary, we live by our C.H.I.E.F. values every day — Commitment, Honor, Integrity, Encouragement, and Focus.
Our September Indian C.H.I.E.F. has demonstrated these values through hard work, kindness, and leadership in the classroom and beyond. 🌟
We are so proud of your example and the positive impact you make on our school community.

Thank you to everyone that spent the evening with us last night at our annual Fall Carnival! Huge thanks to our PTO for always making this a wonderful experience for our community! It takes a village, and we have the best!

Our fall carnival is tonight from 5-8! Come join the fun!

Frax Masters! 🎉

📏 First Grade Learns to Measure!
Our first graders explored measurement using nonstandard units like cubes and paper clips! This helps them understand that measuring means comparing objects with equal-sized units — a key first step before using rulers.
Hands-on activities like this build strong math foundations and make learning fun! 💡

🚌 Buster the Bus Visits PES! 🚌
Buster the Bus stopped by Peebles Elementary today to teach our students all about bus safety! 🦺
Everyone had a great time during the fun, engaging show hosted by our very own drivers, Carla and Elaina. Thank you for helping our students stay safe while having fun! 💛

Third grade students worked hard engineering chutes for their chicken eggs to fall safely to a conveyor belt. This learning activity is a favorite every year. Thank you Jessica Hafer from the 4-H Extension Office. We appreciate all you do to enhance the learning of our students. You make learning FUN!
