ACOVSD is proud to be a community partner with R.E.A.C.H. for Tomorrow, which is offering the 3rd Annual S.T.A.R.S. Summer Group Therapy Program for Kids!
This engaging summer program helps students build important skills like emotional regulation, coping strategies, and confidence—all while participating in fun activities, crafts, and games.
📅 Open to students in 2nd through 12th grade
📍 Hosted locally at Adams County Christian School
🚌 Transportation and meals available

The boys finished third as a team and had a number of runners earn ribbons, top three in each event would receive one.

Wyatt Smart 1st in Disc and 2nd in Shotput
Cole Elliott 1st in the 800 run
the 4x800 team consisting of Cole, Colyn, Grady and Calen were 1st
the 4x200 consisting of Wyatt Stepp, Aidan Arrasmith, Caleb Phipps, and Axlzander Cohorn-Hayes finished 3rd
the 4x100 consisting of Wyatt, Elijah Gammon, Aidan Arrasmith, and Cooper Meade finished 2nd
the 4x40 of Grady, Connor, Colyn, and Cole finished 3rd

The West Union Invitational last night was a very competitive meet. The boys finished 4th as a team and both teams had a handful of medalists!
For the Boys:

The 4x100 consisting of Elijah Gammon, Aidan Arrasmith, Wyatt Stepp, and Cooper Meade - 3rd
Wyatt Smart - 2nd Discus
For the Girls:
Katie Myers 200 Dash - 3rd & Long Jump - 3rd
Separately, we have a school record broken! Wyatt Smart with a throw of 138’ in Discus broke the record that’s been held since 2002, the previous record as a distance of 131’ 10 1/2” by Adam Myers. Wyatt has been working towards this since last season so I am super proud that he finally was able to break it!
