Today we celebrated the retirement of three dedicated individuals of the PHS family. We will miss them greatly, but we are so happy for Steve Appelman (9 years), Beth McElwee (34 years), and Penny Tolle (15 years). Congratulations!

Tomorrow is the 8th grade trip to Kings Island. Bus will leave PHS at 8:00am. Families need to make sure to be at the high school at 7:45pm to pick up their child.
Also just a reminder that Kings Island is cashless and students will have a food voucher for one meal.
It's Graduation Day! Doors open at 1:00pm and graduation will start at 2:00pm

Seniors this is just a reminder that graduation practice is tomorrow at 8:00 AM. We are providing breakfast sandwiches, after which we need you to fill out some paperwork, go over name pronunciation (for when your name is called at graduation to receive your diploma), and then run through the graduation ceremony. Make sure you bring your graduation robes because you are also doing the walkthrough at the elementary. After that is done, you are invited (and encouraged) to return to the high school, where we will have a cookout.

I just want to give a big shoutout to this young man. Going in to a new event at the start of the season is never easy, but Brandon just broke his fourth school record of his career last night at the SHAC meet. His 400 time of 51.27 breaks the previous one of 51.40. A few weeks back he also broke his own 200 record with a time of 22.85, his previous being 22.90.
