A fun opportunity.

We want to thank these ladies for coming in yesterday and assisting with the 3rd Grade Carnival of Learning! They provided the students with freshly popped popcorn and shaved ice. It was a delicious way to end their day of Carnival Themed Learning. We have the best PTO!

Our 3rd grade students attended a Test Prep Carnival. They were greeted with a carnival ticket and a snack of circus peanuts and regular peanuts as they entered. This ticket gave them entrance to math and language arts learning stations and carnival snacks. As they accurately completed various exhibits, they were given a prize ticket. They had the opportunity to collect as many as five tickets for the day. A drawing was held at the end of each block and 3 winners were chosen from each homeroom. They also enjoyed an afternoon treat of popcorn and shaved ice.
It was quite an exciting day of learning!
Thank you to the community members who donated the supplies and to Mariah, Kelly and Nikki (PTO) for helping us yesterday afternoon!

Congratulations to our newest 1st grade Math Masters!

Bristol scored a perfect score on a 2nd grade math probe, and will begin challenging herself on 3rd grade math! Way to go!
